Our July Zumba class continues as Certified Zumba Instructor, Amy Ying Li, teaches you how to shake your hips and melt the fat away! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance infuses salsa, hip-hop, samba, merengue and mambo into a high-energy, high calorie burning workout.
This program is a 45-minute workout and will be hosted in the front of Northside Branch Library.
The Santa Clara City Library suggests you wear and bring:
Athletic clothing and shoes
For Adults 18 and above.
All participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
